A REMARKABLE LIBERAL VICTORY. THE result of the election at Tamworth must be a surprise to those persons who have held the belief that the Government is supported by the country. For a seat vacated by a Tory like Mr. HAN BURY, a Liberal has been elected by a majority of almost two to one. The tie in South Northum- berland and this great victory at Tamworth help to show that, if the Government fights, it will be with a great part of the nation against them.
