VOTING OF WELSH MEMBERS. The Session of Parliament just closed has been noticeable for two things--the extra- ordinary number of divisions and the little business done. There have only been three or four Government measures passed, yet the divisions numbered 364. The number of divisions was in inverse proportion to the actual business done.
