CARDIFF. Under the presidency of Lord Windsor, Mayor of Cardiff', the Cymmrodorion of that town celebrated the day with a large banquet at the Royal Hotel. Most of the local patriots were present, and a long programme of music and speeches followed the repast. Mr. Rhys Williams gave the toast of The Welsh Pulpit which was responded to by Principal Edwards, D.D. This was followed by others as The Memory of Dewi Sant," "Wales and her Educational Institutions," The Mayor and Corpora- tion of Cardiff," &c.
