Cardiff Local Board of Health. NEW OUTFALL SEWER. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that in exercise of the powers contained in "The Public Health Act, 1848," "The Local Government Act, 1858," and the Local Government Act (1858) Amendment Act, 1861," and other Acts enabling thereto the Local Board of Health for the Corporate District of the Borough of Cardiff, in the County of Glamorgan, in- tend, after the expiration of three calendar months from the publication of this Notice, to construct for the purpose of the outfall of the sewage of the said district, a new Outfall Drain or Sewer and channel, with all necessary machinery, works, and conveniences, and which said new outfall drain or sewer and channel is intended to commence in a certain field or close of land in the parish of Roath, in the said county of Glamorgan numbered 12 on the map, annexed to the apportionment of the Tithe Rent charge for the said parish of Roath thence to pass through the several fields or closes of land within the same parish, and numbered respectively 11, 9, 10, 8, 23, 22, 21, 43, and 19 on the said plan, and so much of the foreshore of the Bristol Channel as lies within the said parish of Roath, and to terminate upon the said foreshore opposite to the said parish of Roath, at a point 22 chains South of the Coast line and Notice is hereby further given, that a plan of the intended work is open for inspection at all seasonable hours at the office of Mr. Thomas Waring, the Purveyor of the said Local Board of Health, situate near the Town Hall, within the said Borough of Cardiff.
