Tythegston Lower, pyle and Kenfig, Pyle, Kenfig Borough and Margam, or sofe of them, in the said county of Glamorgan, and termini" ting by a junction or junctions with the proposed Sout" Wales Railway, or by a distinct terminus in the parish of Margam, in the said County; and in the said Bill or Bills powers will be applied for to deviate from the line j or lines laid down on the plans hereinafter mentioned to the extent thereon defined, and to stop up, divert, vary, or alter, either permanently or temporarily, all such turn" pike and other roads, aqueducts, canals, navigation3' streams, and railways, within the parishes, townshiPí and extra-parochial or other places aforesaid, or some 0 them, as it may be necessary to stop up, divert, vary, or alter, for the purposes of such railway:md the wo.'k9 connected therewith. to construct stations, communications, works, and other conveniences, in the several parishes, townships, and extra parochial anti other places before mentioned, or "Hue of them, for working and using the said railway; « and also to authorize junctions with any railway or ra' ways at the commencement 01' termination, or in the H:,e Or course of the sai.1 railway, as before described, in the several parishes, townships, aud extra-parochial or othf places aforesaid, 01' some of them. And notice is here1') also given. that, it is intended to apply for power to levY tolls, rates, ,>r duties for the use of the said railway, a:lt1 to giant certain exemptions from such tolls. rates, ot duties; and also for the owers usually conferred for t >e compulsory purchase of the lands and houses to deseribed upou the said plans; anti also for power to varY or extinguish all rights and privileges which may in aay manner Í!1terfere with the objects aforesaid, and to conf-r other rights and privileges; aud also for power to sell or lease the said railway, or any part thereof, to the SoU'lj Wales Railway Company, or to any other Company, auti j to enable the said South Wales Railway Company, or such other Company as aforesaid, to the said railway, or any part thereof, and to exercise all the rights and privileges intended to be vested in t'le Company or Companies to be by such Bill or Bills incor- poratpd; and in the event of any such sale or leilse being effected with the said South Wales Railway Co^' pany, it is inteu(le(i to alter, amend, and enlarge some 0 the powers and provisions of an Act passed in the last, Session of Parliament, intituled, "An Act for making Railway to be called The South Wales Railway." Alll notice is hereby further given, that duplicate plans an I sections, describing the line and levels of the said 111- tended railway, and the works connected therewith, alld the lands and hereditaments to be taken for the purposeS thereof, together with books of reference to such planet containing the names of the owners or reputed owneis, lessees 01' reputed lessees, and occupiers of such lands, will, on or before the 30th day of November instant, be deposited for public inspection at the office of the Clerk of the Peare for the saitl connty of Glamorgan, at Cardiff i and on or before the 31st day of December next, a copy of so much of the said plans, sections, and books of refer- ence, as relates to each of the said parishes, in or through which the proposed railway and works will pass or be situate, will be deposited with the Parish Clerk of each such parish.—Dated this 7th day of November, L845.
