The House of Refuge for South Wales and Monmouthshire. AT a Meeting, convened by the High Sheriff of the County ot Glamorgan, on the 30th day of MAY, 1860, when there were present—the Lord Bishsp of LlandafF; the Very Reverend the Dean of Llandatl; H. H. Vivian, Esq., M.P.; H. A.
