JYJ AIL WHICH leaves the Castle Hotel, Merthyr, every Morning (Sundays excepted), at 7.30 a.m., passes through Tredegar and Brynmawr, and runs direct to Abergavenny Railway station in time to meet the Third Class train for Hereford, Shrewsbury, Chester, and Liverpool, arriving at the latter place at half-past Seven the same evening. On its return, the Mail leaves the Angel Hotel, Aber- gavenny, at 1.30 p.m., or immediately after the arrival of the Express Train, which leaves Liverpool at a Quarter past Eight o'Clock in the Mining-, and is due in Aber- gavennv at a Quarter past One, and arrives in Merthyr at 5.15 p.m., in time for the last Trains to Neath, Swan- sea, Carmarthen, and Cardiff. NOTICE.—Passengers can now be booked through from Liverpool to Abergavenny by Express Train, at Third Class Fares; it is therefore particularly requested that in future all parties returning from Liverpool will cross from the Landing Stage to Birkenhead by the boat which leaves at 8.15 a.m.. and while they are on board take their tickets for Abergavenny. The Train leaves Birkenhead at 8.30. a.m., and is due in Abergavenny at 1.10 p.m., where the Mail always waits its arrival up to Two o'Clock, p.m. FARES.—Merthyr to Abergavenny Railway Station, Outside, 3s. 6d.; Inside, 4s. 6d.; Abergavenny to Liver- pool, 10s. lOd.
