tion will be made to Her Majesty's Justices of the Peace assembled at the next Quarter Sessions in and for the County of Monmouth, at Usk, in the said County, for an order for DIVERTING and STOPPING UP a PART of a CERTAIN HIGHWAY in the Parish of LLANDENNY, in the said County, leading from the Village of Llandenny towards Cold Harbour (which said part of the said Highway adjoins and leads out of the Village of Llandenny, and is 95 yards or there- abouts in length, and contains 24| perches or there- abouts), and for making in lieu thereof a New Part of the said Highway 90 yards or thereabouts in length, and 20 feet in width, through the Garden there on the North and North-east of the said part of the said present Highway, and the Meadow there on the West and South-west of the same Highway respectively, belonging to JOHN ETHEBING-TON WELCH ROLLS, Esquire. AND THAT the Certificate of Two Justices, having viewed the same, and having found upon such view that the said part of the said present Highway may be diverted and turned as before- mentioned, so as to make the same nearer and more commodious to the Public, with the Plan of the Old and proposed New Parts of the said Highway, will be lodged with the Clerk of the Peace for the said County, on the 24th day of May next.
