By direction of the Board of Education, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the County Council of Cardiganshire that under Sections 17 and 21 of the above-named Act, a Scheme for the amendment of a Scheme for establish- ing and constituting an Education Committee made by the Council on the 4th February, 1904, and approved by the Board of Education on the 23rd March, 1904, has been submitted for approval to the Board of Education.
