NOTICE is herebv given that pursuant to the Charter of the University of Wales, an election for the appointment of three members of the Univer- sity Court of the University of Wales to represent the Head Teachers of Public Intermediate Schools in Wales and the county of Monmouth, and for the appointment of three members of the said Court to represent the Head Teachers of the Public Ele- mentary Schools in Wales and the county of Mon- mouth, is about to be held. Every Head Teacher of a Public Intermediate or of a Public Elementary School in Wales and in the county oi Monmouth is qualified for appointment, but one at least of the three persons appointed by the Head Teachers of each class of school must be a Head Mistress of one of such schools. Every Head Teacher of a Public Intermediate or of a Public Eiementary School in Wales and in the county of Monmouth is entitled to take part in the election, and to vote for any number of qualified persons, not exceeding three. Voting papers will be issued to all Head Teachers, aad anp Head Teacher who has not received a voting paper by the 3rd day of March miy obtain one on application personally or by post to the Clerk of the Council at the address given below.
