PURSUANT to an order of the Chancerv Division JL of the High Court of Justice, made in the mat- ter of the Estate of John Davies, deceased, and in an action Evms against Davies, 1884, D. 2138. The Creditors of John Davies, lite of Oaenowydd, in the parish of Caron, in the county of Cardigan, Farmer, who died on the fifth September, 1881, are on or before the 31st December, 18^4, to send by post prepaid to Mr Griffith Jones, of Aberystwyth, in the county of Cardigan, a member of the firm of Messrs Griffith Jones and Co., of the same place, the Solici- tors for the Defendant, the administratrix, with the will annexed of the deceased, their Christian and Sur- names, addresses and descriptions the full particu- lars of their claims, a statement of their accounts, and the nature of the securities (if any) held by them or in default thereof they will be peremptorily excluded from the benefh of the said order. Every Creditor holding any security is to prove the same before Mr Justice Pearson, at his Chambers, the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London, on Friday, the 9th January, 1885, at One o'clock in the afternoon, being the time appointed for adjudicating on the claims. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 6th day of January next application will be madei' to Her Majesty's Justices of the Peace assembled at Quarter Sessions, in and for the county of Cardigan at the Town Hall, Lampeter, for an order for diverting a certain highway in the township of Vaenor Upper, in the parish of Llanbadarn Fawr, at a certain point or place adjoining the said Highway, situate 28 yards or thereabouts to the the north of a certain Bridge over the Cambrian Railway, near Nantceirio Hall, and extending the said proposed diversion in a north- easterly direction for a distance of 442 yards, or thereabouts, until the said diversion again adjoins the existing Highway at a point 121 yards, or there- about, to the south-west of Frongof Farm House, and that the certificate of two justices having viewed same, &c., with the plan of the old and proposed new Highway, will be lodged with the Clerk of the Peace for the said county on the 26th day of November next.
