EASTER QUARTER SESSIONS, 1879. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the next General Quarter Sessions of the Peace will be held and kept at the County Sessions House, in the town of Aberaeron, in and for the said County, on TUESDAY, the 8th April next, at Eleven o'clock in the forenoon, at which time and place all County Business will commence and be proceeded with. And that at thirty minutes after One o'clock in the after- noon on that day, the Court will proceed to the adoption of the provisiors of the several Acts of Parliament relating to the assessment, application, and management of the County and Police Rates, and will pass all Bills examined and approved of by the Finance Committee. The Court will consider as to whether or not a loan under the Public Works Loan Act, 1875, or the Prison Act,1877, should be obtained for the purpose of paying into the Exchequer the sum of < £ 1254 agreed to be paid for Cardigan County Prison and will also take into consideration the subject of the maintenance or other disposal of the said Prison. A Conservator will appointed for this County of the Towy Fishery District. The question as to whether the road running parallel with the river at Llanilar Bridge, forms one ol the approaches to the paid Bridge, will be brought under the consideration of the Court. In pursuance of a Notice signed by the major part part of the Justices' acting for the Petty Sessional Division of Lower Geneurglyn, and to me delivered as required by Act 12,Vic., c. 18. I hereby give Notice that at these Sessions application will be made that a fit and proper place bo hired or otherwise provided for the Holding of Petty Sessions within the said Petty Sessional Division.
