Put the jug into a pan of boiling water andàllowthe contents to remain for about 10 minutes. Put the milk and well-beaten yolks of eggs into another jug and stir well until it thickens, but do not allow it to boil. Allow these two mixtures to get almost cold and then add the juice of the orange or lemon to the milk and beat up the cream, &c., to a stiff froth and add that also. Pour all into a well-oiled mould and allow it to set. A A
