Mix a portion toe nuii^ (cold) with the f jour into & thin paste; then add the remainder hot, with a piece of lemon peel or cinnamon. Boil gently for eight *to ten minutes, well stirring it all the time, and (after Wnng out tuo peei) pour it into a mould to Cool. Serve with preserved fruit, jelly, &e. INTAlffTS' POOD.—Mix two full-sired tea-spoonfuls of the Flour with a little cold water into a paste. Add half & pint ol hot milk and water, sweeten to the taste, and boil for about fivo minutes.
