DIRECTJONS FOR USE. BLANC-MANGE.—Take four ounces (or four full-sized table-spoonfuls) of the Flour, and one quart Of milk, sweetened to the taste, then add a pinch of salt. Mix a portion ot tlie puixv (co.u) Vv i Ji Ihc P lour into a thin paste; then add the remainder hot, with a piece of lemon peel or cinnamon. Boil gently for eight to ten minutes, well stirring it all the time, and (after taking out the peel) pour it into a mould to cool. Serve with preserved fruit, jelly, &c. INFANTS' POOD.—Mix two full-sized tea-spoonfuls of the Flour with a little cold water into a Taste. Add half a pint of hot milk and water, sweeten to the taste, and boil for about five minutes. To be used warm. CUP-PUDDING- FOR INFANTS.—Mix a full-sized dessert-spoonful of the Flour with half a. pint of milk, a lump of sugar, and a pinch of salt. Boil for eight minutes (stirring it all the time), and then add one egg well beaten. Mix thoroughly and pour into a buttered cup, tie up in a cloth, and. again boil for about ten minutes.
