BANK HOLIDAY EISTEDDFOD. —In our adver- tising columns this week an announcement is made of the grand eisteddfod to be held on August Bank Holiday, at Llantwit Major, when Mr Arthur J. Williams, M.P., will preside, and an attractive array of adjudicators, conductors, and musical and literary subjects for competition have been selected by an energetic committee, with Mr J. B.
