BARRY AND CADOXTON LOCAL BOARD ELECTION, 1893. PUBLIC ATTENTION IS HEREBY DRAWN to the fact that (when a district is divided into Wards) under Rule 9 of the Second Schedule of the Public Health Act, 1875, an Owner or Ratepayer must by notice in writing delivered to the Clerk of the Local Board, elect in what Ward or Wards he will vote for the ensuing year and determine the proportion of votes which he will give in any such Ward or Wards, and if he does not give such notice he will not be entitled to vote in any Ward in which he does not reside. All Owners and Proxies who do not reside within the district, who fail to give such notice, are not entitled to vote. Such Notice will be received by the Clerk of the Local Board at the Local Board Office, Vere- street, Cadoxton, as far as Owners and Proxies are concerned, up to 12 o'clock on Monday, the 13th March, at which time the Register of Owners and Proxies will be closed.
