VOLUNTEER INTELLIGENCE. SEVERN VOLUNTEER DIVISION ROYAL ENGINEERS SUBMARINE MINERS. BARRY DETACHMENT. Orders for week ending 9th July, 1892 :— On duty, Lance-corporal Freeman. Drills as under :— Saturday, 9th .July-Morning. 10 to 1 after- noon, 3 to 6 working uniform payment as usual. All members of the Barry Detachment detailed for water work are to attend at Penarth, and all members of the Detachment detailed for shore work are to attend at the Submarine Mining Establishment, Car- diff (marching from Grangetown Station). The fol- lowing men are detailed for water work, viz.:—Cor- poral Heskett; Lance-corporals Freeman and Thomas; Sappers, James, Hughes, Ladd. Milsom. Gilbert. John Cook, Bunt, and Hawker. All the rest of the Detachment are detailed for shore work. Bv Order. J. ARTHUR HUGHES, Lient. S.V.D.R.E., Commanding Barry Detachment. 11TH COMPANY. 2ND GLAMORGAN ARTIL- LERY VOLUNTEERS. COMPANY ORDERS.—Barry Dock, 8th July. 1892. —Drills for the week commencing 11th July, 18.92:- Issue of equipment for the annual ins;¡cctiol1 every evening this week up to Thursday next, 14th. Any member requiring equipment, etc., should get them at once. Friday, 15th.-The annual inspection will take place on this date at Lavernock, in full dress with coat rolled, haversack, water bottle, and mess tins, carbine strings to be worn. Parade at Cadoxton Railway Station at 6.0 p.m. train sharp. Saturday (to-morrow). 9th, Battalion Drill and Gun practice at Lavernock: dress order, under arms. Parade at Cadoxton Station at 4.10 p.m. Tuesday, 12th July. Parade in Drill Order under Arms at Cadoxton Railway Station at six p.m. sharp for Cardiff, thence by special train with Cardiff and Penarth Companies for Radyr. All who intend to be present at Camp should give in their names to the Instructor not later than Thurs- day next, 14th. N.O.
