DIVOBCE CASE.—The oase of Cohen v. CoW^' the wife's petition for divorce on the grounds of conduct and cruelty, was before the President w'jjfof a jury, and undefended. Mr. Tatham appeared j the petitioner. The lady was married to her band in England, in August, 1864, and they re* at Brighton with the petitioner's relatives for 60 time.
