BRECON MARKETS BILL. I This Bill was before a committee of tho Houbo of CommoDe on Thursday, Mr. Stai.sfeld in the chair. Mr. G. Somerset appeared in support of the Bill and Sir Mordaunt Wells, who repre- sented tho corporation of Brecon, in opposition, said that since the sitting of the committee on Wednesday terms had been a red upon.
