THIS valuable Paste remains for a short time in a J)L soft state, so that it cannot give the least pain, and may be used by hny person with the greatest ease. It has the remarkable property of becoming hard and sound as the Tooth itself, excluding the air and food from the nerve, preventing further decay, and succeeding when other kinds of stopping have completely failed. N. B. The Succedaneum should be applied as soon as decay makes its appearance, it being a great error to delay until the Tooth becomes painful. Timely attention may preserve decayed Teeth for years.
