SALVATION ARMY JUBILEE. 1 The Salvation Army celebrated the jubilee of its foundation, postponed from 1915 owing to the war by a great demon- stration in London on Thursday. General Booth spoke of the struggle in the early days of the Salvation Army, and said that his father, the founder of the move- ment, made the Salvation A.i!iv fight- ing religion.
