LOST 2685 1 N- A YEAR. I At the Swansea Bankruptcy Court on Friday, before the Registrar (Mr. II, P. Charles), the adjourned public examina- tion of Mr. J. Clarke, Tenby Hotel, took place. Replying to the Official Receiver, he said that anyqne who said he had worn a diar mond ring was saying something which was untrue. The statement of accounts he had furnisked showed a nett I-jss of ZF85 on trading during the year. On behalf of the trustees application for adjournment was made, for the trustees to examine further details with reference to the South African property, etc. Mr. Tkraoas, for debtor, submitted there was no necessity for a further ad- journment as the particulars which were required had been supplied. However, if aa adjournment was required he would not press his ■ ppesition. This course was agreed upon. It was also stated that debtor would not attend the next Sewions, unless aeked IW notiec ") do so. I" v
