DUMVANT. I The remains of ALiss Annie Thomas, Bridge-terrace, were interred in the family vault at Ebcnezer on Tuesday. Deceased had takep a very active arid keen interest in all religious and social movements in the neighbourhood and was irnmensely popular. The following ministers oiffciated: Revs. E. G. Davies, W. Glasnant Jones, J. D. Morgan, and J. H. Davies. Amonc; those pre-sent were Mr. Samuel Jones, Pen- Ian Housp; Mr. Ivor Owen, Swansea, and Supt. There were numerous floral tributes. Mr. Ivor Owen, Manselton, lectured at the Young People's Guild on "Beethoven." The Male Voice Party took part, iu the programme. The death occurred on Thursday Mrs. rhomas, Bridge-terrace. Among her eight oons and daughters are Mr. John Thomas (Xeath winner) a lid Mr. Emlyn Thomas, well-known vo^ilists.
