LEFT WiFE TEN MONTHS AGO. I George Davies, a mason, was summoned at the Swansea Police Court on Monday by his wife for desertion. She said lie deserted her ten months ago, and had not given her anything towards the maintenance of her three children under 16 years of age, P:;vies told the magistrates that his wife would not allow him to return, and h had been forced to go to the vrork- house.
