NORTH WALES COAST LEAGUE. CARNARVON TOWN v. RHYL. The Canaries were once more "at home" on Saturday last, and entertained the Rhyl contingent in a League encoun'er. Capital football weatner prevailed,.and the "gate" was satisfactory. The visitors were late in arriving, and t'ic kick-off at the advertised time thereby delayed. The homesters played several reserves, and the seasiders were also not fully representative. The homesters won the toss and played down hill The visito. s started in a promising manner, and at once made tracks for Heard, but were repulsed smartly by Bennett. The home iront rank then got nicely away by the left, and Li was very prominent with some fine runs. The fo. m shewn by the seasiders was so far of a very poor description, and appeared to be quite unable to make any headway. The game was one of the most uninteresting witnessed on the Carnarvon ground this season, and the homesters ran out easy winners by six goals to one. LLANDDULAS RESERVES v. PENMAEN RESERVES. This match was played at Llaiiddulas last Satur- day. The home team won the toss, and had trie best of the play up to half-time, scoring two goals, Ptnmaen nil. In the second half, Penmaen played better, and were successful in scoring two goals, but Llaiiddulas claimed a penalty and snored, gaining a victory of three goals against Penmaen's two.
