INDIA. BOMBAY, Oct. 24. It is announced that Muscat has fallen without a struggle, and that Syud Selim, the Imaum, has been deposed, and succeeded by the Chief of the Waehabes. The cetton crops in Behar are reported to be most luxu- riant. Cholera has almost disappeared at Bombay.
