MOLD. AN INTERESTING APPOINTMENT.âCon- siderable interest has beeen centred in the appoint- ment of Mr. R. Stewart Kelly as clerk to the Mold Urban District Council to which reference is made in another column. Mr. Kelly is the eldest son of the late Mr. Thomas Thelwell Kelly, clerk of the peace and clerk of the County Council for Flint- shire. Mr. Kelly is the Under Sheriff of Flint- shire for the present year and is also clerk to the Lieutenancy for Flintshire. It will be remembered that on the 10th December last Mr. Kelly was espoused to Miss Collinge, only daughter of Mr. James Collinge, of Kinnerton Lodge, near Chester. It is gratifying to note that Mr. Kelly enters upon his new duties accompanied by the good wishes of his fellow-townsmen, and the Mold Urban Council are to be congratulated on their selection.
