CANADA AND COBALT. Lord Strathcona. High Commissioner for Canada, is informed bv cable that twenty-five car-loads of silver ore. worth on an aveiage 60,000dol. per car, were despatched from the new mining centre at Cobalt. Ontario, during the present month. It is added that there is enougu ore blocked out" to ensure inside thirty days an increase of the-above output to fiLt) cars a.
