BLAENAVON. The Rev. W. Rees, the pastor of the Engiish Baptist Church at Broad-street, has accepted a call to the church at Abertivey, Cardiganshire., BAD TIMES AND THE CLUBS.—Matters are com- ing to a serious crisis in this town. The funds in some of the clubs are getting so low that the sick pay has been reduced as much as Is., 2s., and even 3s. per week. WE have been requested to publish the follow- ing programme of the recent entertainment at the English Baptist Schoolroom, which was omitted from our last for want of space :— Pianoforte Solo-Miss A.
