ACCIDENT AT THE FouGE-On Monday morningi a man named Charles Haines, who was working at the shears, had his foot severely crushed by a bar of iron, weighing upwards of 3 cwt., falling on it. He had not long commenced work in the forge, having just returned here from. the Forest of Dean.
