The linen-drapers of Newport have very considerabhH iupplied, gratis, the hat-bands, &c., worn at the funeral o'H he Rev. James Francis. H The Board of Guardians have heard with the sincerest egret, of the sudden and lamented death of their late 'haplain, the Rev. James Francis; and they cannot i-efti hemselves the gratification of expressing their deep sympathy vitii the family of the departed, as well as the yalue of thos( t q>iritual services which Air.
