NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a meeting of the Town Council of the Borough of Conway, acting by the Council as an Urban Sanitary Authority, under the Public Health Act, 1875, and held at the Guild Hall, Conway, on the 31st day of October, 1906, the following J resolution was unanimously carried, viz. That at a meeting held on the 6th June, j 1906, last, it was resolved that, inasmuch as Victoria Drive being a street not sewered, levelled, paved, mettled, channelled, and made good to the satisfaction of this Authority, it was ordered that the Borough Surveyor prepare specifications of the works referred to, with plans, sections, and estimate of the probable expense of the work, and a provisional appor- tionment of the estimated expense amongst the premises liable to be charged therewith, and the Borough Surveyor having at this meeting, presented a specification, plans, sections, i estimates, and a provisional apportionment of the estimated expense amongst the premises liable to be charged, in accordance with Part 1. of the Schedule of the Private Streets Works Act, 1892, as regards Victoria Drive, it was Resolved that the specifications, plans, sec- tions, estimates, and provisional apportionment of the cost of sewering, levelling, paving, mettling, channelling, &c., of Victoria Drive, as presented to this meeting by the Borough Sur- veyor, be approved, and that the above reso- lutions be published in the local newspaper called The Weekly News, for two consecutive weeks, and published and posted at or near the said Victoria Drive, once in each of three succes- sive weeks, and copies thereof be served on the owners of the premises shewn as liable to be charged in the provisional apportionment, and that the approved specifications, plans, and sections, estimate and provisional apportion- ment, be deposited at the Municipal Offices, Conway, and be open to inspection from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily, except on Saturdays, when the same shall be open to inspection from 10 a.m. to 12 a.m., during one month after date of first publication of this notice."
