NEATH POLICE COUPT.-Fl'l])AY, FEB. 23. [Before Griffith Llewellyn and R. H. Miers, Esqrs.] John Davies, of Cwmavon, was charged with assaulting Mary Evans, of the same place. Fined 15s., including costs. William Parrett, Cwmavon. was charged by William Perkins with the non-payment of wages.âOrdered to pay. The same defendant was summoned by three other workmen for the same offence. Ordered to pay in each case. George Thomas, mason, Skewerd, was charged with assaulting John Beal, grocer, residing at the same place. Fined 2ns. Paid; John Price, Cwmavon, was ordered to pay 2~. per week towards the main- tenance of his illegitimate child.
