PENARTH BRANCH. meeting of the above was held in the belfry of St. Augustine's Church on Jan. loth, when the following officers were elected for the ensuing year J. Vinnicombe, captain; T. Nortbey. vice- captain: D. Thomas, hon. sec. The Secretary presented his report, from which it appeared that 71 complete peals of minor, each of which contains 720 changes, had been rung during the past year in four different methods, namely, grandsire, plain bob, Oxford, and Kent treble bob minor, the performance of which is very creditable to the members, showing an increase over the number of peals rung daring 1893 of 27: increase in methods, 2. D. Thomas conducted 50; C. Smith, 19; C. Lloyd (Llandaff), I; W. Davies (Liver- pool), 1. v The above association was established about eigh- teen months ago, hnd now numbers nearly a hundred honorary and performing members. A series of Evangelistic Services will be held at the Tabernacle Baptist ("hone1 during the first four days of next week. On Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday the services will be conducted by the Rev John Williams, of Grangetown, and on Wednesday evening by the Rev T. Pandy John, of Barry Dock.
