ABERDARE WOMAN BURNT, Mrs. A. Woodward, 4 tare Wourf, A herd a re, was severely lourat on Sat- urday. through her apron eoming in contact with the kitchen fire. Her husband oyne to her aid and strove to extinguish the flames. P.S. Bevan who was passing at the time, was at- tracted by the smoke issuing from the house. He* also rendered assist- ance, and was able to stifle the fire. Mrs. Woodward sustained severe burns about the chest, back and arm. She was conveyed to the Aber- dare Hospital, where she is gradually progressing.
