UNIVERSITY COLLEGE OF WALES, ABERYSTWYTH. At the recent examinations held by the University of London, several students of this college have been successful. Four passed the intermediate examination in Arts or First B.A. examination, viz., E. D. P. Evans, Merthyr; H. M. Hughes, Llanllecbid; D. C. Jones, Llandysul; and J. J. Jones, Talsarn. One student passed the intermediate examination in Science or First B.Sc. examination in the First Division, viz., Charles F. Fish, Chester. Three students passed the Preliminary Scientific (M.B.), viz., D. T. Jones, Cardigan; M. J. Morgan, Aberystwyth; and G. D. Parker, London. At the recent examination held by the University of Oxford, T. F. Roberts, Towyn, took his B.A. degree with First Class Honours in Classics, and H. H. Williams, Bethesda, took the same degree with Second Class Honours in Classics. Both have been students and scholars of this college for several sessions.
