She promised to call next morning and pay for the suit he might choose, and return the other two suits. She did not come next day. He next saw her on the Wednesday week following, when he called ot her house to make inquiries about the goods. She then told him that the things got wet on the Monday as she was taking them home; she had put them before the nro to dry, and had burnt the sleeve out of one jacket and singed one vest, and did not like to bring the things to the shop as she had not the momy to pay for them. She said she would call and see Mr Follick the next day. Baraet Isaacs deposed that he was a pawnbroker at Hrynmawr.
