Hugh K. Jones, 23, Violet-street, Ynyslwyd, was working as a mason's labourer on the Aber- aman Co-operative Society's shop on the 22nd ult., and while carrying up a hod of mortar he slipped in getting from the ladder to the scaf- folding and fell, injuring his bead.
