South Ward Lord Henry Vane Tempest, Thos. Parsons, R. Ll. Jones. Edward Hamer RURAL DISTRICT COUNCIL ELECTION. Pennal: Mr. David Evans, Gwern Iago (re- tiring councillor), unopposed. Souborycoed, Mr. Daniel Davies, Penrhyngerwyn, (retiring; councillor), unopposed. GUARDIANS ELECTION. Parish of Towyn (five seats), Mr. William Jones, Sen View-terrace, Aberdovey; Mr. Richard Morgan, Bryncrug; Mr. David Gil- lart, Towyn Mr. Hugh Evans, Bryndinas (re- tiring members), and Mr. Humphrey Jones, Caeceinach, who will be declared duly elected. PARISH COUNCIL ELECTION. Pennal Parish is the only one in which more candidates have been nominated than the number to be elected and unless there are withdrawals a contest will take place on Sat- urday, March 26th.
