Ond y cwestiwn ydyw, sot i gael y pethau hyn oddiamgylch. Tybiaf y g llid, gydag ychydig gydwpithrediad n du y Cyngor a'r treth- dalwyr, wneud llawer yn y eyf, iriad yma. Y map i ni hefyd luaws mawr o ewyllyswyr da yn byw tualian i'n tref ag y byddai yn llawen gan- ddynt wneud eu hegni i'n cynorthwyo yn y gwaith gwir angenrheidiol hwn. Mae yn lion iawn geoyf ddwyn tystiolaeth i'r gwaith rhagorol pydd we-li ei wneud gan y Cyngor presenol, er efallai, y temtir un weithiau i feirniada rhai o'u gweithrediadau eto, hyfryd iawn yw teirulo ein hod ar y cyfcin yn galla yn groew ein cymeradwyaeth or rhao fwyaf o'n gwaith yny gorphenol. A'n bod befyd mewn llawn gydym- deimlad a'r gwaith sydd ar law gaoddynt yn y presenol. Ac os etholir fi genych, rhoddaf i'w gweithfed- oedd y cynorthwy mwyaf calonog. Credaf y dylid mewn He cynyddol fel y Bermo (oherwydd, mewn gwirionedd, prin wedi cychwyn yr ydym eto ar ein gyrfa o lwyddiant) fed yn ofalus iawn pwy i'w ethol fel cynrychiolydd ar y Cyngor Dinesig. Ni dclylid ond ethol dynion gyda syniadau clir ac eang am bosibil- rwydd y lie, ac yn ddynion yn meddn gwy- bodaeth drylwvr am y modd i iawn ddefnyddio cyllid y trethdalwyr. En harwyddair ddyli fod CynildÓ" ac "Effeithioldeb." Sicrhaf chwi mai dyna gaiff fod fy arwyddair i os anrhydeddwch Ji a'ch ymddiriedaeth. Rhoddaf fy hun i'ch gwasanaeth gan deimlo fy hun yn gwbl rwym i roddi i chwi, pa bryd bynag y gelwir genych am hyny, gyfrif o'm goruchwyiiaelh, Teimlaf, er fod pethau yn edrych yn iach a chalonog yn awr, na ddylid ymgymeryd âg- unrhyw waith na symudiad ag a olyga gosfau mawrion, heb yngyntaf roddi pobcyfleusdra i'r Etholwyr yn gyff- redinol draethu eu barn arno, a'r farn bono i fod yn derfynol ar y pryd. Oherwydd y Trethdalwyr, fel y cyfryw, raid ddwyn y baich. Credaf yn gryf na ddylai yr etholwyr roddi yr on gefnogaeth i bleidgeisiaeth bersonol, ebbgid y mae hyny yn ho lol groes i egwyddor y tugel (baMot).
