The ship Robert and Charlotte, of Grimsby, has foundered at sea, and all hands are believed to have been lost. MR. GLADSTONE AND HOME RULE. Mr. Gladstone telegraphs to the Central News in reference to his alleged scheme of Home Rule, published by the Standard, that the statement is not an accurate representation of his views, but is, he presumes, a speculation upon them, published without his knowledge or authority.
