This may be done by letter or other conveyance, personal attendance being unnecessary if the Frauk is duly signed, and the following regulations attended to Massage Papers not exceeding 20 words (exclusive of addresses, &c.), between any of the Company's Stations in Great Britain. No charge is made for the names and addresses of either Sender or Receiver, nor for porterage where the dis- tance does not exceed half a mile. If the Message exceeds 2U words, the Sender has the option of paying half the rate for each 10 words or fraction of 10 words additional, or 3d. for each extra word beyond the first 20.
