A WELSH illDLAXD RAILWAY. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, THAT the Engineers of the above Company have been instructed and are now engaged on a survey of the Country, between Leominster and Kidderminster, and between Kidderminster and Birmingham; with the view, of effecting a direct communication between the Mineral Districts of South Wales and the Manufacturing Towns of the Midland and Northern Counties, that portion of the line between Leominster and Kidderminster being already fully determined on, and it being the intention of the Welsh Midland County to carry out the continuation from Kidderminster to Birmingham, in case no similar line of Railway which will equally serve their purposes shall be projected by some other Company acting in connection and co-operation with them.
