SMITH has been instructed to SELL BY AUCTION on MONDAY, the 23rd day of February, 1874, at the Gogerddan Arms Hotel, Aber- ystwyth, at Three o'clock in the afternoon (subject to such conditions of sale as shall be then and there produced), the valuable property known as the FLORIDA SILVER LEAD MINE, situated in the parish of Gwnnws, in the county of Cardigan, held for a term of which about 18 years are unexpired, at moderate royalties; together with the fixed machinery, plant, and materials thereon. The mine has been worked by the late Company for the last three years, during which time large returns of ore have been made, and presents an unusual op- portunity to a Capitalist or Company for acquiring a valuable and productive property.
