An Old Inhabitant. No doubt the news will be received with pleasure by a large number of friends that Mr J. Jones, Holyhead, permanent way inspector on the L. and N.W. Railway, has been pro- moted to the Rhyl section of the Company's line. His new district will embrace the line through here to Holywell, so that there will be ample opportunity of a visit to Ffynnon- groew very often.
