Orange Curd. 1 lb. sugar, t lb. best butter, 6 eggs, and 2 oranges. â Beat the sugar and eggs together well, add the juice andgrated rind of the orangos, and lastly the butter. Put the jug contaimug the mixture into a pan of water and keep stirring until suiffciently thickened.
