Rhubarb Tart. Half-a-poundof good short paste (¡!b. of lard to |fb. flour) three bundles of rhubarb, and sugar to sweeten. Line the edges of a pie-dibh with paste. cut the rhubarb into 1-inch pieces, place in the dish, patting sugar between the layers of fruit. Cover with crust, and ornament the edges with a fork. Bake in a moderate oven for balf-an-hour, and when cooked sprinkle the top with castor sugar.
